Arild Bergh has been invited as a guest speaker to present  a talk based on his fieldwork in Sudan. The talk, entitled "It's now or never: Music as a quick fix in development and conflict transformation", will deal with the problems and possibilities of using music in development work, especially in conflict resolution. The talk will take place on the 5th of March 2009 at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts at University of East Anglia during a one day seminar on culture and development.
